**We are currently hiring a Full-Time Guest Service Specialist.**
**Duties include, but are not limited to:**
* Checking guests in and out and compiling a report at days end
* Preparing audits based on the front office ledger
* Assisting guests with purchasing event tickets, buying merchandise, making reservations etc.
* Assisting guests, in person or over the phone, with inquiries including but not limited to information regarding events, specific venues etc.
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Customer relations experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry
* Strong working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
* Numeracy skills
* Administrative skills
