Guest Services' Agent / Front Desk - Grande Shores Resort Job Description - You will welcome all guests upon their arrival with a smiling face and friendlyattitude. The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests; givingthe agent responsibility of a first impression. Some of the daily dutiesinclude, but not limited to; checking in and out, issuing room keys/cards,keeping records of guest accounts, processing payments, and making edits toguests reservations.
