- Follow East West Hospitality (EWH) service standards and protocols for a seamless front office operation.
- Efficiently manage office supplies, handle deliveries, and maintain a clean, well-stocked reception area.
Property and HOA Management
- Execute flawless check-in/out processes and update computer systems for accurate guest information.
- Skillfully handle HOA-related tasks, including key encoding, package coordination, and facilitating residence entrance.
Effective Communication Hub
- Manage the Request e-mail, ensuring prompt response and accurate creation of work orders and reservations.
Concierge Support
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Village and surrounding areas, utilizing ALICE for effective concierge services.
Guest Services Excellence
- Uphold EWH standards consistently, attending meetings, maintaining a professional appearance, and promoting a cooperative atmosphere.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective verbal communication skills with clients and team members.
- Clear communication abilities in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Comfort and skill in basic math operations.
- Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
