Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Guest Services Associate at City Winery. As a Guest Services Associate, your day-to-day tasks will include providing exceptional customer service to guests over the phone/ responding to emails, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors. This role will be primarily located at our headquarters at Pier 57 in Chelsea, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and customer service skills
• Experience in handling reservations and managing guest inquiries
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
• Previous experience in live events, hospitality or guest service is a plus
