DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYThe Automotive Parts Representative interacts with our commercial and in-store guests providing exceptional customer service. - Partner with GM and AGM to meet and exceed store sales targets / KPIs
- Interact with customers via phone and in person to provide support and information on products and services
- Answer the phone in two rings
- Process orders for commercial and retail accounts.
- Partner with manager to resolve any guest concerns or problems
- Maintains safe and organized workplace
- Maintains the cash register in a neat and accurate manner
- Assist with cycle counts, POG resets and freight when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor and organization of the back of the store
- Open/Close the store
- Other duties as assigned

RequirementsEducation:
Experience:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience working with parts, hydraulic hose, and brake lines preferred
License(s)/Certification(s):
- ASE Certification is a plus
- A valid Wisconsin Driver's License required
