Proactively handle and assist guest communication issues and concerns by becoming immersed in ticketing, camping, public safety, and company policies. - Maintain a working relationship with all departments to achieve the track and company goals including participation in business development and ticketing meetings. - Coordinate the hiring of event time staff for tram drivers, tram ambassadors, ushers and guest services. - Assist with development of collateral materials for employees and guests. - Assist with all campground operations and guideline development. - Coordinate ABI Workforce Management System. - Prepare for upcoming event operational needs including daily assignments necessary to execute event weekends. - Coordinate Drive the Glen Groups and Car Groups for Opening Weekend. - Coordinate volunteer groups and Fan Ambassadors for major event weekends. - Support the team lead with any special projects or other duties as assigned (i.e., Radio and cellphone badge tags, staff conta...Event Staff, Guest Service, Staff, Event, Guest, Operations, Retail
