We are looking for multiple interns to assist with game day operations and guest services during home games. If you're interested in working in sports and/or entertainment, this is a great entry-level opportunity! This is the perfect internship for those looking to break into the sports industry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up and tearing down our guest services location and game day equipment (merchandise, tables/chairs, etc.), handling transactions for chuck a puck and raffles, and assisting fans with basic questions regarding game day activities, locations, basic ticket information, and more. Interns may be asked to attend non-game events. This is an unpaid position.Requirements:
- Must be able to attend at least 10 home games (Please review schedule online here)
- Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Communicate effectively and professionally with fans
- Strong desire to work in the sport industry
