Bear Mountain Healthcare is looking for an experienced, motivated and creative Guest Services Manager for our Sudbury, MA location. This position has accountability for the overall customer satisfaction within the assigned skilled nursing facility center. The position is responsible for navigating new customers and their families and loved ones from admission through discharge, ensuring the highest quality of service and patient experience. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring ongoing staff CARE training to ensure all Facility staff are confident in providing exceptional, compassionate care and customer service. Reporting directly to the Facility Administrator/Executive Director, the Guest Services Manager ensures the assigned unit(s) are prepared for new patient admissions and tours, liaise between patients and Facility Departments to address patient questions and concerns, ensure resolution to any presented grievances, and positively impact patient and family satisfaction. This is a Tuesday through Sunday position, 10am to 6pm.

Requirements:
Associate Degree
Two (2) years full-time experience in customer service/hospitality position
