This is a long term contract (no end date) to work at a global law firm at their front desk. The ideal candidate will have superior communication and administrative skills, have a friendly demeanor and extraordinary customer service skills. The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for meeting and greeting employees and clients, providing white glove service to guests, answering phones, booking conference rooms and other administrative duties as required.
Pay $30/hour plus overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours.
This is a great role for a college grad who wants to work in a large law firm and gain corporate experience.
