About the Role: As a Gummy Line Operator, you will set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot gummy line kettles, depositors, and cooling tunnels. You will comply with general cGMPs, follow Standard Operating Procedures, and follow Master Batch Record Manufacturing Directions. Essential Job Functions:
  • Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Measure or weigh raw materials for usage following Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR).
  • Operation of gummy manufacturing line including adding and mixing raw materials, ensuring proper process flow of gummy blend, and conducting in-process measurements.
  • Spread final product across drying trays and visually inspect gummys for quality acceptance.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and production room.
  • Operate and maintain tray washing machine.
  • Perform basic calculations including addition, subtraction, and yield percentages.
  • Must be able to stand for 90% of scheduled shift and be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and accurate including manufacturing batch records, labeling, logbooks, and raw materials.
  • Work in a safe manner following company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
About You: You are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in quality assurance and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and SOPs. Your excellent organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to communicate effectively make you a perfect fit for ensuring top-tier quality and compliance in our products. Work Experience Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to follow written instruction including Manufacturing batch records, Safety policies, and Quality requirements.
  • Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical manufacturing, or possessmechanical aptitude.
  • Experience working in a team environment and providing process verification for team members. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages.
Education Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/Certificate; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
