Job Description:

$750 sign on bonus

Highly passionate and motivated individual wanted for a unique coordinator opportunity! Use your advocacy and curriculum development skills to help victims of domestic violence and gun violence.

Responsibilities:

Build positive and collaborative relationships with local law enforcement and other community members.

Provide crisis intervention, case management, emotional support, safety planning and other supportive services to victims of domestic violence.

Create and coordinate community events.

Participate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekends.

Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging.

Requirements:

High school or GED required. Three years of experience working with victims of domestic violence or similar populations. Valid NYS driver license. Reliable transportation. Prior curriculum development experience helpful; Associate or Bachelor's degree in applicable field preferred. Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team.
