Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Gutter Installation Assistant that provides hands-on assistance to the gutter installation team in installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The role involves physical labor, including carrying materials, setting up tools, cleaning job sites, and helping experienced installers with the installation process.   • Assisting with Gutter Installation: Support the lead installers with the installation of gutter systems
  • Job Site Setup and Cleanup: Prepare the job site by unloading materials, setting up ladders, and ensuring that all tools and equipment are available for the installation crew. Clean and organize the work area during and after installation, ensuring that debris, tools, and materials are safely stored or disposed of.
  • Material Handling: Assist with the handling of gutter materials, including loading and unloading of gutters, downspouts, and accessories.
  • Assisting with Maintenance and Repairs: Assist in inspecting existing gutter systems for damage or wear and provide assistance with maintenance or upgrades.
  • Safety and Equipment Support: Ensure that all safety equipment, such as ladders, harnesses, and personal protective equipment (PPE), is in place and used properly during installations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to assist with accurate measurements and installations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well as part of a team, following instructions and contributing to the overall success of the project.
  • Safety Minded: Basic understanding of safety practices, especially when working at heights or with power tools.
  • Experience: Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or similar trades is a plus, but not required.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to showing up on time.
  • Valid Driver's License: Preferred, especially if transportation of materials is part of the role.
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work on ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
