Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid Job - Procurement Analyst 1 for a Job Opportunity in Dallas,Texas, Job Description : The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by , refer to your Supplier Guide for information on this requirement. Assists in the development and deployment of internal/external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects/procurement activities. Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems. Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis. Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis. Day to day: Process in SAP the fulfillment of open purchase orders and coordinates with suppliers, internal stakeholders and customers for recovery schedules and improvements to meet demand requirements. Input data, run queries, perform all updates in SAP. Utilizes procurement/planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis. Communicates with procurement agents, managers, internal customers, and outside suppliers to identify and resolve issues associated with the procurement cycle. Primary support to SBM Required Skill Set : 1. SAP experience 2. Microsoft Office Suit experience 3.
