Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. This position is about providing our customers with an excellent service experience and understanding their needs.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule service for customers in person or over the phone to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis of any problems with their vehicle.
- Discuss schedule maintenance with cost and time estimates.
- Greeting clients on the service drive.
- Effective walk around of the customer's vehicle.
- Ensure that required documentation is complete and complies with regulations and standards.
- Product knowledge and safety.
- Communicate with technicians, team leader, and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
- Update clients on the progress of the repair and its status accordingly.
- Accept full responsibility from start to finish by providing an exceptional client experience to drive brand loyalty.
- Maintain an excellent Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the service manager.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Driving record that meets insurance requirements and company policy

Hours:The Service Department is open during the following hours:Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PMSaturday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMBenefits:
