The Hairstylist will also collaborate with other team members to deliver a positive guest experience and promote retail products.Qualifications2+ years of experience as a licensed HairstylistProficient in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for diverse hair types and texturesExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with styling products and toolsAbility to maintain a clean work station and comply with sanitation and sterilization standardsDemonstrated ability to recommend and sell salon retail products to clientsCurrent cosmetology license in the state of New YorkDedication to ongoing professional development and educationDemonstrated creativity and passion for the beauty industry
