POSITION SUMMARYSpecialize in the beautification and health of the hair. Responsible for performing a variety of hair treatments and stylization.GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIESThe following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this class and are not all- inclusive:
- Advise clients and suggest treatments related to their individual needs
- Provide hair treatments, stylization and other processes.
- Perform procedures such as highlights, lowlights, trimming, extensions, updos, etc as requested by guests.
WORKING CONDITIONSMust have ability to:
- Communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members, guests and outside contacts.
- Work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Move around all work areas effectively and efficiently.
- Work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Extended time seated as well as on your feet.
JOB QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent is required. - Attend required training sessions offered by the casino.
- Obtain required licenses.
- Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
- Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the team member's department.
- Adhere to Internal Control Procedures and Policies.
- Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management
