About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Hair Stylist who will provide personalized, luxury hair services in our serene and welcoming salon environment. We offer an elevated experience where guests feel relaxed, pampered, and truly taken care of. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of upscale service, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable visit.

What you will do

* Provide professional and relaxed service to all guests, with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality.

* Perform a broad range of beauty services from cutting hair to performing scalp treatments.

* Work with a variety of different hair lengths, types, and textures; including recognizing problems of the hair or scalp and recommending appropriate treatments.

* Make guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions promptly and efficiently; accommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in all inquiries related to all spa, retail products, fitness center, and other hotel services

What you bring

* We are seeking an individual who has current experience in a luxury hotel/spa environment as a Hair/Salon Stylist.

* A passion for flawless service, the ability to interact and connect with guests.

* Must be CA Board of Cosmetology certified.

* Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate:

* Strong attention to detail

* Passion for service

* Strong interpersonal and team player skills

* Highest level of integrity and work ethic

Strong problem solving and time management skills

* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
