About You Our Dream Leader:

• Experience: At least one year as a hairstylist and in a leadership role with a Drybar or a salon.
• Licensed Pro: Hold a current and valid state Cosmetology license no shortcuts here!
• Organized Leader: Drive a positive, learning-focused culture with top-notch organizational skills.
• Communication Pro: Turn any situation into a win-win with positivity and finesse.
• Customer Service Star: Making clients feel like royalty is your specialty!
