(Must be licensed in New Jersey).Full DescriptionVitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Endocrinologist to provide diabetes management programs in the New Jersey area. The Physician will work directly with pre-diabetic or early-stage diabetes patients on a multi-week program to help improve their wellness and lifestyle. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.Responsibilities:
- Provide diabetes management program to patients based on our program guideline.
- Consult with patients to understand their health concerns especially around diabetes.
- Educate patients around healthy eating and lifestyle.
- Educate patients around glucose monitoring.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
- Must have current NJ license. Compact license or multiple state license strongly preferred.
- Must be Creole Speaking.
- Background in preventive care and endocrinology.
- Experience with diabetes management.
- Preventive medicine oriented.
- Patient education driven.
- Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
