Hall Security will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests, staff, and venue while constantly upholding high-level service and performance standards. They will consistently monitor guest behavior and ensure all venue rules are followed, including but not limited to crowd management, evacuation, conflict de-escalation, VIP escorts, state alcohol rule adherence, and guest check-ins.BENEFITS: THE GOOD STUFF

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
- 2+ years of security experience is preferred
- Certifications in CPR- Red Cross, First Aid, and Peace Officer Training are preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Proficient in the use of security alarms and surveillance systems
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays

- Must have current TN Unarmed security licenses and be in compliance with DALLAS LAW requirements. All license requirements MUST be met prior to the HIRE DATE.
RESPONSIBILITIES (TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
- Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes)
- Work collaboratively with coworkers
- Respond to any emergencies
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests, employees, and visitors.
- Secure all doors, windows, and exits, depending on the shift
- Understand safety protocols and evacuation guidelines
- Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Maintain a command presence, vigilance, and awareness at all times.
- Conduct post and equipment inspections and review current pass-along information to be aware of any new or changed assignments.
- Verify all persons' credentials and badges, ensuring the name, company, and expiration date are all present on the badge. Verify that the picture matches the person seeking access.
- Report all unusual or suspicious activity to management. Pass this information along during shift changes and briefings.
