Responsibilities:
* Ensure all Customers receive their ordered parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
* Inform Customers of part requirements and specials.
* Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
* Provide high level of Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers.
* Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
* Follow up on back-ordered parts.
* Ensure that all Customers receive their copy of the Invoice.
* Keep orderly records of all Repair Orders, Invoices, Insurance Estimates, and Special Order Parts.
* Maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Duties include, but not limited to daily stocking, processing returns, cleaning, assist Customers and Technicians, assist local Vendors, and more.
Requirements:
* Detail oriented and able to ensure accuracy in all work assignments.
* Organized and able to perform under pressure in order to meet stated deadlines.
* Able to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
* Communicate effectively with Co-Workers and be a Team player.
* Flexibility to work variable schedules, including Saturdays.
* Exceptional Customer Service.
* Able to lift 50lbs comfortably.
Additional Requirements:
* Automotive Parts Sales experience preferred.
* CDK System experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
* High school diploma or GED
* All Applicants must pass pre-employment background checks and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.*
