Rate: $18-24 per hour depending on experience and skillset.
This position will conduct basic maintenance at multiple of our locations. Their main duties include repairing electrical, plumbing & AC systems, fixing company equipment or tools, and testing various company appliances to ensure they work properly.
**Responsibilities**
* Follow all safety procedures and actively prevent unsafe situations from occurring during work hours
* Perform maintenance and light repairs throughout all our locations
* Perform electrical repairs, including outlets & lights
* Perform plumbing duties including new installations & repairs
* Ensure mechanical equipment and appliances are in working order and fixed as necessary
* Complete general building cleaning and maintenance
* Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building
* Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required
* Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
* Accommodate and perform tasks in response to emergencies
* Identify and report the need for major repairs
* Other areas of responsibility as assigned

* Must be able to travel to multiple locations and have reliable transportation
* Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
* Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting assignments
* Great judgment and confidentiality
* Able to work well with all departments and at all levels of the organization

* Must have own basic tools and the ability to transport materials
* Able to take photos to display progress and completion preferred
* Drywall, painting, and tilling skills preferred
**Experience**
* 2 years of maintenance or related experience required
* Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
* Food and beverage, coffee and tea, or restaurant industry preferred
**Physical Requirements**
* Regularly drive to multiple locations
* Able to regular lift at least 50 lbs and climb high areas
