We are currently seeking a highly motivated handyman! The handyman is responsible for providing basic maintenance for the properties we manage throughout Allegheny County.A strong candidate will bring a full range of knowledge (including but not limited to) general handyman skills, plumbing, carpentry, drywalling, and HVAC. The handyman will perform tasks assigned by the maintenance manager and will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the best of our organization's standards.THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITION. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS AND TRANSPORTATION (mileage reimbursement provided).ResponsibilitiesProvide basic maintenance for managed properties as assignedPerform and provide exceptional quality work and servicesPerform work in a timely mannerMinimal interaction with tenants. The maintenance manager will schedule.
