We are located in beautiful Fuquay-Varina, one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina, and minutes from its two vibrant and historic downtown districts!The responsibilities of the Handyman include, but are not limited to:Solving maintenance and housekeeping challengesUpkeep of community through the repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and support equipmentOngoing preventative maintenance, routine building safety programs and general work order and task list completionOn call for after-hours physical plant emergenciesHandyman Qualifications:An interest in working with the senior population.Previous experience in building maintenanceWorking knowledge of basic construction principlesCurrent North Carolina Driver's License RequiredIf you are a hands-on problem solver experienced in maintaining a well-functioning and beautifully presenting building, please apply below.#J-18808-Ljbffr
