**Handyman - One Harrison**

Guardian Service Industries, Inc. is looking for a qualified candidate to start working as our a Handyman at one of our sites in Harrison, NJ 07029 locations the position reports directly to the superintendent, assistant and building manager.
*This position is full time 40 weekly hours, 8am to 4:30PM, Monday thru Friday, This position is temp to possible permanent for the right employee after successful probationary period.*
The handyman accomplishes tasks and projects on a daily basis in accordance with the highest possible standards and manufacturer requirements.
**Qualifications:**
* At least 3 years of Handyman/Maintenance/Lead experience in a service organization
* Knowledge of all basic hand tools
* Experience in basic plumbing, electrical, lighting, door lock repairs, and painting/wall repair.
* Knowledge of small electrical power tools (hand drills, sanders, saws, etc.)
* Valid drivers license is a must
* Ability to communicate with operations manager, and property manager
* Bilingual is a plus
