Handyman, Drywall Patch & Paint Specialist for Restoration Company! Renowned leader in the restoration industry, specializing in fire, water, mold, and storm damage restoration services. The client's Construction Division is dedicated to providing top-notch construction services, ensuring a seamless recovery process for their clients. Position Overview: Seeking an experienced handyman, patch & paint specialist to join their Reconstruction Division. As a handyman, patch & paint specialist, you will be responsible for minor trim work, patching, hanging and finishing small areas of drywall, as well as, all aspects of priming, sealing, and painting residential and commercial properties, at a high level. You'll work closely with our reconstruction team to ensure that properties are restored to their pre-loss conditions with meticulous attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. Basic Overview: Candidates for the handyman patch & paint specialist position must have their own vehicle and be equipped with their own painting and repair tools. We offer a commission-based pay structure that rewards efficiency and productivity. Experienced specialists who work quickly and efficiently will have the opportunity to earn higher wages. Some experience in basic carpentry, trim, and drywall work is required for this position. Key Responsibilities:
  • Minor trim work.
  • Patching, hanging, and finishing small areas of drywall.
  • Priming, sealing, painting residential and commercial properties.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a painter and drywall specialist in residential and commercial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, finishes, and materials, as well as drywall hanging and finishing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Must have your own vehicle and tools.
