Position Handyman Description Stonehenge owns and manages several luxury residential apartment buildings throughout Manhattan. We are continually looking for highly qualified individuals to join our team. We are currently looking to fill a handyman positions at One QPS Owner LLC.Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance of assigned building
- Conduct move in and move out inspections
- Conduct daily routine work orders; repair cabinets, counter tops, closets, appliances, etc
- Inspect all building mechanical to identify any failures or breakdowns
- Maintain inventory of building necessities
- Perform any necessary repairs on HVAC systems for buildings common areas, office spaces and repair PTAC units as required for residential apartments
Number of Openings 1 Position Requirements
- Relevant maintenance experience required
- Experience with plumbing and electrical systems required
- Experience in Residential properties is preferred
