To provide maintenance services and supervision to maintenance staff at a large multi-use professional, and retail or residential complex. Must maintain a professional image & attitude in keeping the objectives of the companys welfare. Must be able to take direction from supervisor and maintain positive relationships with management & non-management associates. Practices and implements conduct in accordance with established policies and procedures and division motto of Exceptional Service is Our Standard. The schedule for this position is as follows:Sunday: 3:30 pm - 12:15 am. Monday: 3:30 pm - 12:15 am. Tuesday: 3:30 pm - 12:15 am. Wednesday: 3:30 pm - 12:15 am. Thursday: 3:30 pm - 12:15 am.
