To provide maintenance services and supervision to maintenance staff at a large multi-use professional, and retail or residential complex. Must maintain a professional image & attitude in keeping the objectives of the companys welfare. Must be able to take direction from supervisor and maintain positive relationships with management & non-management associates. Perform the following duties as well as provide supervision and oversight to the maintenance staff assuming responsibility for the work as follows:Provides minor repairs and performs standard maintenance on equipment associated with buildings, grounds, fixtures, machinery and lighting, in building common areas and tenant areas if applicable.
