- CNC Programming : Utilize your programming skills to set up and operate CNC controls and equipment, ensuring precision and efficiency in every job.
- Technical Leadership : Serve as a technical resource, providing guidance on equipment setup, operation, tooling, and inspection techniques to your fellow team members.
- Tooling Design : Select and design the tooling necessary to achieve the highest levels of precision and efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience : At least 3 years of machining experience, ideally in machining technical ceramics.
- Skills & Knowledge :
- In-depth knowledge of safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong mathematical skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
- Expertise in ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
- dvanced understanding of equipment operation techniques, including speeds, feeds, and tooling.
- Familiarity with standard measuring techniques and instruments.
- Proficiency in using Caelus manufacturing software, as well as basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes skills.
- Certified Operator status is required.
Essential Functions
- Physical Demands : Be prepared to stand and move for your entire shift, with tasks including walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
