Based in New Hampshire, you will supervise a team of installers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating with clients and designers, estimating project costs, and overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of hardscaping experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Our expertise spans both hard and soft landscaping, making us the trusted choice for outdoor care in Southern New Hampshire.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead, manage and supervise a team of hardscape installers
  • Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, and other contractors to ensure successful project completion
  • Estimate project costs and materials needed for each job
  • Schedule work and assign tasks to installers
  • Monitor work progress to ensure quality standards are met
  • Train and mentor installers to improve their skills and productivity
  • Oversee equipment and tool maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project expenses
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 Plus years of experience in hardscaping installation
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • Knowledge of hardscaping materials, tools, and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects
  • Prior experience in hardscaping or related landscaping fields required.
