Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Program Lead to set up and manage the hardware program for a large-scale pharmaceutical automation project. In this role, you will work closely with engineering firms and internal teams to oversee hardware design, development, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain reference architectures for DCS and PLC systems.
* Provide guidance on control panel design and collaborate on automation network design.
* Oversee automation hardware components, design requirements, and specifications.
* Maintain hardware design standards, testing templates, and verification procedures.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware integration with program components.
* Provide technical support and perform evaluations of hardware suppliers.
* Witness and verify Hardware Factory Acceptance Tests.
* Develop and oversee hardware qualification strategies for automation equipment.
* Communicate progress and challenges to the Program Automation Leader.
Requirements:
* Bachelor s in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience with DeltaV DCS and Rockwell PLC architectures.
* Proven experience in large automation projects, with leadership experience preferred.
* Knowledge of GMP, regulatory standards, and computer system validation.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact across disciplines.
