Hardware Support Technician
Summary
Maintains, monitors and tracks all new and refurbished equipment, evaluates and repairs equipment as necessary. Performing the following main duties:
Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1 - 2 years experience with applied PC repair experience in Help Desk or Service Center focusing mainly on IT hardware testing and/or IT inventory control
OR Bachelors degree in computer science, informatic, information technology & 3+ months of relevant internship experience
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills
Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. As well as windows command prompt and an email program.
