As our Harvest Supervisor, you will:
- Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
- Ensure every position is filled before start-up of production line.
- Oversee team members and job rotation in order to facilitate ergonomics.
- Ensure all workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
- Promote safety on a daily basis.
- Oversee various harvest operations and problem solve alongside other supervisors.
- Provide continuous education on the importance of quality.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to work in a variety of work temperatures warm, hot, humid, cold, wet or with slippery surfaces at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to perform the job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to successfully complete training:
- Safety.
- Safe Quality Food (SQF).
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Food defense.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good attendance and safety record.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Good written and verbal communication skills - must be able to communicate with FSIS personnel regarding food safety issues.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce.
