Description The role of the Harvest Associate is to assist the Cultivation team with routine labor duties. This will be accomplished by performing various tasks in the cultivation area. Harvest Associates are also responsible for harvesting crops and post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, destemming, and machine-trimming. This not a grower/cultivation position.Please note:This position involves working with plant material, which may include exposure to pollen, allergens, and other plant-related substances. We recommend that applicants with known plant allergies or sensitivities consult with a healthcare professional before applying for this position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Harvesting crops on a weekly basis.
- Drying crops and analyzing the moisture content of the flower.
- Use machinery in a safe manner to destem and machine-trim crops.
- Bottom pruning plants.
- Moving crops from vegetative areas to flowering areas.
- Mixing growing media and filling pots.
- Cleaning flower/vegetative rooms.
- Defoliating of crops.
- Daily cleaning of production work areas and facility corridors.

- Ability to follow direction
