As a Permanent Substitute, you will play a vital role in supporting our student's education by stepping in for absent teachers and ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and staff in a dynamic and inclusive educational environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support in various elementary school classrooms as a substitute teacher.
- Implement lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers, maintaining continuity in the educational program.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to meet the individual needs of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any incidents that occur during your assigned classes.

Qualifications:
- Teaching certification or substitute teaching license.
