About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join the team in the Toledo, OH area. You will be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities within your local designated territory. Utilizing your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, you will build strong relationships with Mid-Market clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet their objectives. This is an in-field position that allows you to work from home when you're not in the field visiting and presenting to prospective customers. Requirements
- 2-6 years of overall B2B outside sales experience
- Technology/Software sales experience is required
- HCM or other HR technology solutions is highly preferred
- Solid track record of sales/quota attainment
- Ability to navigate designated territory to be in the field meeting customers
- Bachelors degree required
- Must be located near the Greater Toledo, OH area
Compensation and Benefits
- $80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions
- Total on-target-earnings in year 1 are around $140,000-$160,000
