Responsibilities include, but are not limited to developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of enterprise HR by monitoring trends and patterns and aligning support to fulfill business needs, process management, project management, systems analysis, change control, interface and data management, reporting, effective communication with internal customers and external partners.
In this job, you will:- Partner with various departments to understand system needs, discover and create business and system requirements, documentation, test plans and cases; implement and communicate changes.
- Investigate systems issues, diagnose causes, resolve or escalate, and communicate findings and/or resolution.
- Monitor system usage, make recommendations on findings.
- Plan, test, implement, and support systems updates and new functionalities.
- Create, maintain, and distribute (as applicable) various systems documentation (i.e. operational, workflow, user training, change management).
- Participate in the ongoing design, configuration, and reporting for HR Systems.
- Monitor, prepare for and support ongoing updates and processes to HR Systems and communicate to affected users as needed.
- Create, manipulate, distribute and/or present various reports to organization utilized for informed decision making.
- Act as a liaison between HR and Information Technology.
- Perform security administration tasks in HR Systems (i.e. new user accounts, modification of security roles, etc.).
- Support HR functions by answering HR inquiries or directing to applicable team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Here's what you'll need to be considered:EducationRequired - Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline with an IT focus; or equivalent experience and training.
ExperienceRequired - 3 years' experience with an HRIS system; including working experience with cloud solutions, data modeling, database concepts and data management.Preferred - HRIS system implementation and redesign experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Working knowledge and understanding of HR processes and work flow.
- Working knowledge and understanding of HR Systems database design, structure, functions, processes, HR & IT security and controls.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and develop solutions.
- Advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization.
- Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills.
- Self-starter and action oriented, have a desire to seek optimal solutions and share findings with colleagues.
- Ability be successful working autonomously or within a team environment.
