OVERVIEW We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client's team as a Project Manager in Ridgefield, CT. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects, ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical business processes, data governance, and various project management methodologies. Their work will have a direct impact on the organization and the larger clinical industry, making this an amazing career opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management: •Utilize Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, and Hybrid methodologies to manage projects. •Define and document project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes. •Prepare estimated timelines based on project scope and deliverables. •Set and manage expectations of stakeholders, both internal and external. Team Management: •Lead and manage cross-matrix teams for effective project execution. •Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed. Day-to-Day Operations: •Oversee daily project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals. •Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. •Assess risks proactively and engage stakeholders early in case of roadblocks. Project Closure: •Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. •Facilitate project closure processes and documentation. •Review and update standard procedure documents as necessary. EXPERIENCE Proven experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry. EDUCATION Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required To be a best-fit your strengths must include: •Knowledge of pharmaceutical data (IQVIA, Veeva Compass, Symphony) is a plus. •Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and data governance. •Ability to work autonomously and seek guidance when needed. •Experience in managing cross-functional projects and influencing without authority. •Capability to handle multiple workstreams in high-pressure environments. •Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey messages clearly to various audiences. •Strong negotiation skills to navigate conflicts and achieve win-win solutions. •Proficient in risk management, monitoring project timelines, and mitigating risks throughout the lifecycle.
