HIRING FOR HEAD CHEF ROLE IN MANHATTAN Specific Duties: Supervise and manage all food preparation and kitchen operations. Prepare approximately 1,000 meals daily. Comply with nutrition and sanitation standards. Keep the kitchen and cooking utensils clean and well-maintained. Support dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment as required. Ensure adherence to cooking guidelines and timely meal preparation. Order necessary equipment and ingredients based on inventory needs. Accurately label and date packaged meals. Provide guidance and coaching to kitchen staff. Perform any additional tasks as needed in the kitchen.
