Head Custodian position at Kenansville Elementary School.High School diploma preferredWorking knowledge of office repairs and maintenance. Ability to supervise other custodians. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a varieyt of people. Ability to maintain simple clerical records of supplies and personnel information. Experience in custodial work. Experience in leadership is preferred.Duties and responsibilities: Physical Stretch sufficient to perform heavy physical tasks for extended periods of time. Scrubs, dusts, sweeps, mops vacum, eaxes and polishes floors in rooms, hallways, and closets. Scrubs awnd cleans rest room fixtures. Requisitions clearning support and materials. Locks and unlocks doors. Maintain MVAC for special programs. Able to work and maintain flexible hours. Ability to work with the general public. Abiliity to work with indoor and outdoor machinery.
