The Head of Academics will serve as the face of all-things academics, leading TPH Denver in the individualization and customization of the Academy's blended learning experience for the aspiring-elite student-athletes who Study, Train, and Play with us. This very important team member will be able to make the Academy classroom their domain, and play a critical role in the development and advancement of the next generation of impact players.
The Head of Academics not only leads the academic team in providing instruction and support in study strategies, time management, and other skills necessary for student success but they also work hand-in-hand with the Directors to develop skills, behaviors, and habits that contribute to success at the Academy.
The Head of Academics for TPH Denver also serves as the Site Coordinator for our academic partner, HOPE Online Learning Academy. As a Site Coordinator, the Head of Academics is responsible for collaboration, coordination, and support of the HOPE academic instructional program through communication and collaboration with all stakeholders to provide a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment and ensures all components of the HOPE Academic Instructional day are met.
Education, Experience and Skills RequiredBase salary $55-65K based on experience. This position comes with full benefits.
