Sitting within the Client Marketing organization, the Head of Acquisitions Marketing and Strategy for Deposits, along with their team, plays a critical role in fueling growth in Checking deposit balances, building new customer relationships and driving long term and profitable behaviors in support of USPB.
This role will establish strategy, roadmap and drive flawless execution of core deposit acquisitions marketing efforts, while also identifying and championing new acquisition offers to optimize the objective function. Under the leadership of this individual, team would manage and execute compelling new creative experiences/messaging, establish and execute on test and learn agenda, and have strong performance marketing discipline and rigor around meeting and exceeding goals and KPIs driven by these marketing tactics.
Critical to this role is the ability to clearly articulate a compelling vision for Deposit checking offers and strategy across channels, and to bring that forward with strong partnership, buy-in and engagement across the business, both with internal and external stakeholders across Product, Segment, Legal, Business Execution and Channel Teams. To drive forward and maximize value of marketing, in this role he/she will also be responsible for identifying net-new and transformational acquisition opportunities, assessing resource/execution needs, tracking performance and communicating results to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
