Head of Agency Partnerships

About this Role:

The Head of Agency Partnerships is responsible for a blend of setting attainable goals for the agency channel, prospecting suitable agency partnerships, and optimizing the performance of existing partnerships.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with senior management to define strategies and goals, find operational efficiencies, and measure outcomes.

* Set and manage KPIs for agency partnerships.

* Deliver reporting for internal and external stakeholders on KPI's.

* Manage the wholesaling process to encourage growth and engagement with the Elephant products, including:

* Developing successful agency partnerships including managing technical integrations, agent training, compensation plans, and underwriting analysis.

* Develop, implement, maintain, and document processes surrounding integrations with partners, onboarding, and offboarding of partners, and monthly results discussions with partners.

* Manage the end-to-end onboarding of agency partnerships from master service contracts to digital integrations to reporting, to launch and support successful partnerships.

* Collaborate with a team of contact center employees responsible for assisting agency partners in Elephant's sales journey.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience in a role that is carrier or agency-facing

* College degree or equivalent work experience required.

* Demonstrate strong problem-solving capability.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone conversation and email communication.

* Demonstrated analytical ability, strong decision-making skills, and conflict resolution.

* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, including critical thinking, research, quantitative skills, and creativity.

* Solid process orientation skills.

* Ability to work independently, yet actively and appropriately to engage in the services provided by other team members.

* Strong time management and organization skills.

* Solid working knowledge of computer software packages including MS Word and MS Excel (including Excel formulas and Pivot table creation/manipulation)

* Must successfully maintain required licensing by completing various Continuing Education activities as needed.

* Must be able to show valid confirmation of the status of P&C Producers License

Remote Requirements:

To ensure productivity in a home environment, applicants must meet the space and technology requirements outlined below.

* A dedicated workspace free from background noise and distractions of any kind during business hours.

* A reliable high-speed broadband Internet service provider with a connection speed of at least 5 megabytes. A speed test will be required.

* Ability for Ethernet cable to be physically connected to the carrier by the router or modem.
