Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our Agency partner base and extends the company's reach.
- Leverage market data, historical category performance, and industry insights to develop long-range strategies and annual business plan.
- Work with key stakeholders, such as marketing and product development, to drive revenue growth and implement initiatives that enhance the company's market position.
- Ensure that our agency partners and their clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service experience.
- Hire, coach, and develop a multi-level management team equipped to design books of business, acquire clients at scale, be strategic consultants to our partners, and accurately forecast and manage revenue to ambitious quotas.
Minimum qualifications:
- Senior leadership experience in sales, account management and product solution selling in collaboration with or for agencies - auction, self-serve experience a plus.
- Senior leadership experience building and managing high-performance teams.
- Previous experience managing media agency or client relationships or programs on a platform.
- Experience working with small businesses and developing strategies to scale services and support is a plus.
Preferred qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing, with preferred experience of self-serve platforms, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
- Data-driven, capable of in-depth data interpretation.
- Experience managing and mentoring managers as well as individual contributors.
- Leadership experience engaging and influencing at an executive level with cross-functional groups within a fast-growing organization.
- Proven track record of building, developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Strong executive presence and ability to remain pragmatic under pressure.
- Experience leading sales or agency development teams within the SMB space.
- Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and strategy development experience.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals and key metrics.
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
