Job Description:

This Columbus-based, strategic leadership role has oversite of the entire Cabin Team for Vista America. The Head of Cabin is accountable for the culture, customer experience and cabin operations, always ensuring Vista America consistency and brand standards.

Vista Americas Cabin Hosts (CH) work onboard modern and luxurious private jets, placing dedicated focus on our customers comfort during their entire journey, which ultimately creates a unique home-away-from-home experience, which our customers have come to love.

The Head of Cabin will ensure the CH team has the tools, knowledge, and support to fulfill the service excellence standards required. This position also provides clear leadership to your team of Cabin Operations and Performance Managers (COPMs).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the continued Brand excellence of Vista America through the CH team.
  • Build relationships with CH team and leadership to ensure effective alignment for the team and a clear understanding of responsibilities and standards.
  • Evaluate processes and seek opportunities to improve efficiency, while maintaining the policies, procedures, and standards of Vista America.
  • Uphold positivity and integrity during periods of transformational change.
  • Be a visible presence within the operational control center and work with relevant teams to ensure CH staffing on flights.
  • Accountable for all Client Services and Quality Ambassador feedback and ensure actions for improvement.
  • Ensure aircraft standards, stocking, cleaning, and inventories are maintained and remain efficient.
  • Provide performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Flown as a Flight Attendant for an international carrier, or Cabin Host within Private Aviation - preferrable.
  • Proven Experience in building a team culture with a remote team.
  • Experience with and knowledge of the expectations of Ultra High Net Worth individuals and the intricacies that surround ultra luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and create data, forecasting trends in-line with operational needs.
  • Proven ability to lead departmental direction and demonstrate success in delivering key performance indicators.
  • Experience in managing performance via standards, KPIs and Brand expectations.
  • Right to live and work in the USA.
