We are looking for an experienced Head of Clinical Operations & Quality to join our Network team. This role would be responsible for overseeing Talkspace's clinical operations strategy and ensuring quality outcomes for our nationwide network of full-time clinicians. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to bring their talents into a “for purpose” space. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement Talkspace's clinical operations strategy in partnership with the Chief Network Officer and Chief Medical Officer
  • Oversee the nationwide network of full-time clinicians, optimizing performance in access, quality outcomes, and program efficiencies
  • Train and develop Senior Team Leads and Team Leads to foster growth and improve retention and satisfaction within the National Practice Provider program
  • Manage team members' performance and ensure successful service delivery of mental healthcare by network clinicians
  • Measure productivity of network clinicians and ensure appropriate levels to meet business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Product, and Recruitment, to improve processes and identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee the Clinical Consultation Team (CCT), including support activities such as drop-in sessions, 1:1s, and trainings for both 1099 and W2 clinicians
  • Manage clinical quality operations, including the Quality Support Team, quality metrics tracking, client feedback, and policy development
About You
  • 8+ years of experience in clinical operations
  • Active clinical license required
  • Proven experience managing a network of full-time clinicians
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing strategic programs for a provider network
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to maintain cross-team relationships
  • Passion for process improvement and operational excellence
  • Behavioral health clinician experience is a strong plus
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital health solutions
  • Experience designing and implementing value propositions for providers
  • Knowledge of quality metrics and clinical quality management
