Position Overview

The Head of Clinical Operations & Collaborative Care plays a crucial role in leading and managing our clinical operations team. This position focuses on strategic oversight, operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The Head of Clinical Operations & Collaborative Care collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance care delivery and participates in a portion of direct patient care to maintain a connection with the clinical aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the clinical operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Oversee and coordinate behavioral health care in collaboration with primary care providers and other service providers.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate incident-to billing processes and optimize operational efficiencies.
  • Participate in direct patient care as needed, using evidence-based interventions to support patient outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of clinical activities in electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to implement and refine behavioral health care models.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with best practices in clinical operations.
  • Coordinate the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process with primary care providers (PCPs) to ensure efficient billing and reimbursement.
  • Track and manage clinical outcome metrics such as HEDIS metrics to ensure high-quality care and compliance with performance standards.
  • Contribute to the Value-Based Care (VBC) contracting strategy to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage the hiring and training of clinicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional CoCM

Compensation

[Full-time]

  • First-year compensation $150,000 to $200,000 annually (DOE)
  • Metric-driven bonuses up to $2,500 per quarter
  • $1,200 annual technology allowance
  • 401(k) company match up to 3%

About You

  • Master's degree in social work or a related field, with an active LCSW unrestricted license preferred.
  • Experience in managing clinical operations and familiarity with incident-to billing practices.
  • Experienced in AIMS Center's Collaborative Care (CoCM) Model and implemented collaborative care from scratch
  • Remote work experience and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Technical proficiency in EMRs and the ability to quickly learn new technology.
