Head of Coaching - ISI® Elite Training Headquarters

The Role

ISI® Elite Training, an emerging boutique fitness franchise with 55 locations and another 75 locations in development across 18 states, is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as the Head of Coaching. As the Head of Coaching, you will play a pivotal role in leading our coaching department to the next phase of growth and ensuring the delivery of high standards of coaching experience are being upheld throughout the country.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of the brand-wide programming, overseeing its development, training, and implementation phases.
  • Provide guidance and support in the product and development of coaches at our HQ-owned locations.
  • Lead the brand-wide implementation of any product-related initiatives, programs, or procedures.
  • Develop ongoing learning and development opportunities for coaches.
  • Conduct bi-weekly virtual coaches training for the brand.
  • Input all programming protocols into our backend software (coaches vault).
  • Film all new movements and input them into our backend software (coaches vault).
  • Host regional training for coaches and Franchise Partners.
  • Organize a monthly coaches feedback call with current Franchise Partners.
  • Oversee the Elite Coaching Team and all standard operating procedures that go into their training.
  • Host IRONU training on-site in Charlotte, NC.
  • Lead the ongoing innovation, development, and integration of all LMS training for coaches.
  • Uphold brand standards, engage with coaches, and exemplify the core values of ISI® Elite Training to lead the coaches community.
  • Drive innovation by developing new technology, online training, and identifying areas of opportunity to enhance the experience for our coaches and members.
  • Set the standard for an ISI® Coach in all aspects.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current fitness certification from an ISI® Elite Training approved education organization such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, ISSA etc.
  • Must have current CPR/AED certification
  • 3+ years of professional experience coaching and/or managing in the Fitness Industry.
  • Experience in programming workouts in a group fitness setting.
  • Must be a great communicator, lead by example, detail-oriented, and operate with extremely high standards.
  • Resourceful and able to execute a plan of action
  • Demonstrate the desire to lead Coaches across the brand and motivate teams.
