Labcorp is seeking to hire a Head of Commercial Strategy and Growth for its Ovia Health business, a leading digital health platform aimed at improving the lives and health of women and their families. Reporting to Labcorp's EVP and Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Consumer, this individual will be responsible for achieving the new business targets for Ovia Health, total revenue goals and client retention goals. This is a key role that will define and broaden Ovia Health's product offerings to include Labcorp's extensive capabilities.Who you are:Exceptional communication skills, with proven engagement with C-suite and senior leadership and diverse audiences.Expertise in demand generation and business development strategies aimed at finding new growth opportunities in the business.Proven collaborative leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating teams and forging strong organizational partnerships.Strategic thinker with the capacity to transform data and insights into actionable business strategies.What you will do:Responsible for leading Ovia Health's commercial strategy, sales team, client services team, business development efforts and partnerships.Generate demand for Ovia Health's solutions through consultative sales innovative marketing programs partnering with Labcorp's Managed Care and Employer Solutions business partners, and strategic relationships with channel partners.Lead a team responsible for expanding the growth of Ovia Health with Fortune 500 employers and managed care/health plans.Lead a team of client service professionals to deliver on client commitments and expectations, as well as expand relationships through new services and offerings.Build, lead and inspire a sales and client service organization, focused on retaining and growing existing customers, as well as attracting and winning new business and customers.Partner with the Head of Product, Head of Engineering, Labcorp's OnDemand team and its Managed Care and Employer teams to bring innovative women's health and digital health solutions to health plans and employers, for the benefit of their members and employees.Serve as the key decision maker qualifying and prioritizing new business and client opportunities so that resources are deployed to the opportunities with the best value and ROI to Ovia Health and Labcorp.Identify opportunities to offer Labcorp's broader solutions to prospective and existing customers.Create new relationships with prospective customers through various market channels such as direct to employer, benefit brokers and consultants, channel partner relationships and managed care organizations.Coach sales and service professionals on sales strategy, pitches, presentations and negotiation approaches to improve success rates.Provide market feedback to further product/solution development.Act as a player-coach willing to jump in on strategic pursuits.Ensure effective pipeline management, including accurate and timely forecast management, sales pipeline reviews, and utilization of CRM systems (Salesforce.com).Be part of the Digital Health Leadership team and will work with a core group of peers responsible for advancing Labcorp's digital health solutions.What we require:Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration; MBA or MPH strongly preferred.Over 12 years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare industry with at least 7 years in a sales leader roleCollaborative leadership abilities, including proven experience managing direct reports with a track record of motivating teams and forging strong organizational partnerships.Experience selling directly, and through channel partnerships and third-party consultants/brokers with familiarity with selling or marketing to employers and health plans.Experience selling at the C-suite level.Experience developing strategic business plans and track record for achieving sales targetsExperience leading a P&L or sales regionTravel expectation: 40%Bonus Points if youHave prior experience in the digital health spaceApplication window open through: 8/5/2024Pay Range: $210,000 - $243,000 + bonus + equityBenefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
